He holds an ARCTick Licence, which is required for anyone carrying out work in relation to refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Terry is an all-around good guy who loves taking his family camping and dressing up like a pirate for a good cause.
Jo, our business manager, is the friendly voice of calm during air conditioning emergencies. She coordinates the team and manages the business with impeccable style. Jo is a go-to person in the community, always willing to help and get things done. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family and friends.
Tahlia is our ducting inspector, who serves on a casual basis. She has several years of experience as a student and more than 10 years of experience being a child. Tahlia brings a wealth of family life to the team and can often be found playing soccer and netball during her spare time.
