Our Process
Our process begins with sanding your floor with modern dust-free machines. We use a three-pass system, starting with a coarse grit to remove existing polish and level the floor, followed by a medium grit to remove scratches and stains, and finally a fine grit sand prior to applying coatings. We then apply a sealer coating, followed by two additional coats to provide a three-coat seal of protection against the elements.
Types of Coatings
We offer a variety of coatings systems, including extremely durable and hard-wearing polyurethane, 2-Pac coatings systems, water-based coatings, and wax coatings. Our coatings are available in different sheen levels, from high gloss to satin, matte, and everything in between.
