Our company is led by our founder, Gayle Coldwell, and her son, Brendan Coldwell, who play a vital role in the Rockhampton workshop facility support and maintenance services.

Our People

Our team is made up of experienced and qualified individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our team includes Gayle Coldwell, our founder and director, who has been instrumental in the successful growth and development of the company over the past 43 years. We also have Brendan Coldwell, our director and parts and field service support manager, who has extensive experience in equipment rebuilds and technical skills. Our team also includes Darren Hickson, our general manager, who has over 30 years of experience in maintaining heavy earth-moving equipment and mobile plant. We also have Alycia Sugars, our administrator, who has been with the company for over 10 years and has been instrumental in providing and maintaining the back-office administration functions and responsibilities.

Our Capabilities

We provide a range of drilling services that cater to our clients' specific needs. We supply qualified and experienced drillers with the skills and qualifications to meet all safety, statutory, and regulatory compliance requirements. We operate a fleet of caterpillar drilling equipment that is reliable and capable of safely drilling in all different types of terrain and conditions. Our fleet is managed and maintained by a dedicated team of diesel fitters, auto electricians, and technical staff who are available to troubleshoot and maintain the equipment maintenance requirements.

Our Technology

We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technology and innovations in the drilling industry. We have invested in state-of-the-art technologically advanced autonomous drills and have purchased three new MD6310 drills as part of our commitment to safety, our valued clients, and our strategic direction over the next five years.

Our Expertise

We have extensive experience in providing wet-hired equipment, which includes trained and qualified operators, leading hands, supervisors, maintenance teams, management, and all aspects of the service necessary to make it safely happen. We also have a dedicated maintenance team that is available to provide mobile support and maintenance services to our project sites.
