Our mission is to create "Nice Buildings for Nice People, " making sure that we realise our clients' dreams and not our own. Our Principal
Ian Dewar, the firm's founder, holds numerous degrees, qualifications, and honours. These include a Bachelor of Education (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Econs) from the University of Western Australia (UWA), a Teacher's Certificate from the CTC, and an Associateship in Architecture from the WAIT. Ian is a registered architect with ABWA No 712 and a registered builder with BRBWA No 4929. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects (No 4298), having served as its National Councillor from 2005-2006 and as the WA Chapter President from 2005-2006.
Our firm also consists of Sandra T. Diaz, who holds a Diploma of Building Design & Technology from the Central Institute of Technology. She is a Building Thermal Performance Assessor with ABSA No 20119 and contributes significantly to the firm's success.
