• Construction Surveys: Rowlands Surveys has been involved in North Queensland's infrastructure development for over 30 years, providing surveys for various project phases, from study to as-constructed stages.

• Mining and Quarry Surveys: With past experience at Osborne, Ernest Henry, and Mount Isa mines, we offer mine tenure and lease surveys, exploration, and general survey services for infrastructure development and construction.

• Solar Farms: Rowlands Surveys has completed multiple solar farm projects, including a 100MW solar farm in Clare and a small-scale solar farm for the Normanton Power Station. We understand the intricacies of large solar farm construction and are equipped to handle design, site establishment, cadastral surveys, site mapping, and UAV/Drone surveying.

Founded by John Rowlands in 1981, Rowlands Surveys has grown from six employees to a team of 15 full-time staff members. Our loyal and experienced team, many of whom are locally born and bred, have been with the company for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on our local knowledge and expertise, ensuring high-quality services from the pre-design stage through to construction and titling.
