Land Surveying
We offer a comprehensive range of land surveying services, including topographic surveys, detailed land surveys for architectural design, commercial and residential building set outs, work-as-executed surveys, and identification land surveys for land purchase. Our team is experienced in conducting boundary definition surveys and marking, strata and subdivisions, community title subdivisions, and residential and rural subdivisions.
Plannning and Development
Our team offers a range of planning and development services, including preparation of development applications, attendance at pre-development application meetings with councils, preparation of statement of environmental effects, and provision of development advice for all types of development. We also provide site investigations to determine the suitability of a particular site for a specific development, and coordinate specialist consultants, including environmental, geotechnical engineering, traffic, ecological, and arborist consultants.
Engineering Design
Our engineers design all aspects of civil infrastructure required for land subdivisions, including roads, drainage, sewer, and water reticulation. We also supervise construction and prepare working drawings and as-built surveys.
Project Management
Our project management services encompass tendering, obtaining quotes from reputable construction firms, and presenting them for client approval. We also prepare contract documentation, engage construction firms, and ensure compliance and certification by the construction firms. Our team also prepares work-as-executed or as-built surveys and certification by registered surveyors in accordance with development application conditions.

Our senior surveyors are highly qualified and possess a university degree in surveying, a certificate of competency from the Board of Surveyors of New South Wales, registration with the Board of Surveyors of New South Wales, and membership of a professional representative body.
