• Peter Macdougall, Managing Director: Peter is the co-founder of Stateland and has over 35 years of experience in the property industry. He is responsible for sourcing and delivering developments across residential and commercial sectors, including significant lifestyle residential projects.
• Caroline Stafford, Finance Director: Caroline is a co-founder of Stateland with over 20 years of finance experience. She is responsible for supervising and controlling all aspects of the company's financial operations, as well as the day-to-day management of all accounting functions.
• Peter Shervey, Sales Manager: Peter has an ongoing consulting role with Stateland, strategically managing the company's sale process. He is responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Katrina Kazim, Portfolio Coordinator: Katrina is responsible for managing the company's portfolio, including the coordination of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Sarah Macdougall, Assistant Development Manager: Sarah supports the development team in the delivery of projects, including the coordination of consultants, stakeholders, and approvals.
