Our Story
Macrae & Co was established by Director, Lachlan Macrae in 2015. Lachlan's client-focused approach and attention to detail have seen Macrae & Co grow into a team of professional and qualified surveyors operating from their office in Ocean Grove. Our team is committed to providing expertise in subdividing land, identifying title boundaries, mapping features and levels, set-out surveys for construction, and adverse possession and other title amendments.

We offer a wide range of surveying services for both residential and commercial clients, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction surveys, and more. Our key services include:
- Subdivision: From assessing technical requirements to lodgement with the titles office, we can assist with small residential subdivisions, estate developments, multistorey building subdivisions, rural subdivisions, and commercial subdivisions.
- Title Re-establishment Surveys: Whether you're building on or near your boundary, or seeking an adverse possession claim, determining the position of title boundaries is one of our principal services.
- Feature & Level Surveys: This is an existing site conditions survey to locate all significant features and levels on the subject site and abutting properties as required.
- Set-Out Surveys: We can interpret your designs and translate that onto the ground for your contractors.
