Positive Experience with GPS Trackers and Security Cameras
Many customers have had positive experiences with the GPS trackers and security cameras provided by Vimel and Security Lab. They have praised the excellent after-sales service and communication from Dave, the accurate map location and ease of use of the GPS tracker, and the high-quality picture resolution and range of the security camera. Customers have also appreciated the helpful and responsive customer service provided by the seller and the technical support team.
Troublesome Trackers and Cameras
However, there have been some customers who have experienced difficulties with the GPS trackers and security cameras. One customer's GPS tracker did not work properly and had an inadequate owner's manual, while another customer's security camera would not turn on and had faulty screws.
