Staff Experience
The majority of reviewers had positive experiences with the staff, with some employees being specifically praised for their flexibility, accommodating nature, and willingness to go above and beyond to help. Alexandra Christou mentioned that the management were flexible and accommodating, while Zerina Sehic praised Andrew, Penny, and Nick for resolving and actioning things promptly. Challa Acu noted that staff were "top class" and received high praise for their services.
On the other hand, Sambhavi Bhusal had a vastly different experience, stating that the staff were rude and unresponsive. Bhavana Malivad's review was particularly negative, with her stating that the staff behaved rudely and she ended up leaving without applying for a job.
Service Quality
Most reviewers were extremely satisfied with the service provided, with several stating that it was of high quality. Zerina Sehic described the service as "the best in the business", while Challa Acu praised the service delivery as "perfect value for your money". Alexandra Christou also mentioned that the service was great, with a diverse employee base.
However, Sambhavi Bhusal's review was a stark contrast, with her stating that the service was bad and unresponsive.
