Poor Customer Experience
Several reviewers had a terrible experience with Sunterra, citing poor customer service, unprofessional installation, and false promises. Lemme Bhangra, who gave the company a 1-star review, described their experience as "STRESSTERRA". They mentioned numerous issues with the inverter, installer, and customer service, which led to stress and multiple attempts to resolve the problems. Another reviewer, Greg Abcmms, also gave them a 1-star review, citing broken tiles caused by the installation team and the difficulty in getting in touch with the company.

Damage and Leaks
Catherine Ko's review also mentioned that the installation team caused damage to her roof, resulting in leaks and cracking. This issue was only discovered after the installation was complete, and she had to address it separately.
