Strata Gardens is an eco-sensitive commercial gardening contractor with both 'green thumbs' and fingers. We deliver 'green' sustainable gardening solutions and all-round garden maintenance to high-rise residential strata properties, retirement villages, industrial developments, and commercial environments. With extensive background in the property industry, Sean has the passion for empowering managers and staff to implement and execute garden plans and overall garden improvement. Sean's focus is to enhance the Strata Garden's values and culture throughout the business. As owner operator, Sean is responsible for the continued coaching and development of the Strata Gardens team, working closely with all team members to ensure ongoing success and growth, plus the improvement to all existing and new clients' gardens. As a horticulturalist, Sean draws from his knowledge and years of experience to lead a team of talented and professional gardeners.

Our Garden Services

Strata Gardens work in teams of two so that we ensure the upkeep of your properties gardens are well manicured and maintained. We are extremely passionate about what we do and are all avid lovers of nature and flora. There is a real focus to not only maintain our existing gardens but to also consult and work with each individual client to improve and evolve all the gardens we work within. Strata Gardens strives to utilise plants that can be planted in multiple combinations gaining the most from both a horticultural and design point of view. This allows us to work with individual owners, managers or body corporates in choosing a harmonious or a contrasting design effect to best suit a particular part of any garden. Some of our existing clients include North Shore Private Hospital, Stocklands Retirement Villages, Castlecrag Private Hospital, and Xavier Terrace Retirement Village. We also have weekly contracts with numerous strata blocks and building managers.
