We specialize in residential design for new homes, extensions, granny flats, and dual occupancies. Our services include:

• 3D designs: No more mysteries or trying to make sense of complex plans. See your designs in full 3D, including videos and photo-realistic images, before committing to any design.
• Plans for Council: With over 15 years of local experience, we can take the mystery and hassle out of submitting your plans to council or a private certifier, including preparing all necessary forms and reports.
• Sustainable, Energy-Efficient Designs: We create your dream home that is comfortable, inspirational, and practical, as well as cost-effective. Everyone's needs are unique, so why settle for less than perfect?

About Michael Lever

Michael Lever, the owner and sole practitioner, is passionate about design and has over 17 years of professional experience designing homes on the Central Coast. He has a deep understanding of the principles of residential design as well as practical hands-on experience in having completed many building projects personally. Michael is committed to sustainable design and the care of the environment.

Design Philosophy

Michael is happy working with both modern and traditional styles and assumes that every design should be energy-efficient and as healthy to live in as possible. Good design that meets the needs of the occupants, sits well on the site, is logical, and uses materials honestly will transcend time and fashion. Michael believes it is his job to provide technical expertise, guidance, and inspiration, and that good design only happens when everyone works together.

Awards and Accreditations

Michael has won several awards, including a Commendation Award with the Building Designers Association (BDA) of N.S.W. for Environmental and Energy Efficient Buildings in 2007, and winner of the Granny Flat design award and Small Extensions design award in 2015 for the local Gosford Wyong Branch of the Building Designers Association of Australia (BDAA).
