Our Company

HVP Pty Ltd was initially formed by ex-State Electricity Commission technicians and was renamed in 2000. Since then, we have forged strong links with some of Australia's major Power Distribution, Petro-chemical, Paper and Steel Manufacturing companies. Our commitment to integrity, trust, and mutual respect has enabled us to build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

We take pride in providing the high-quality service needed to ensure our clients' systems operate at optimal levels. Our 24-hour service is available every day of the year, and we are committed to outstanding levels of customer service. We work closely with our clients to design services that meet their unique business needs.

Our Equipment

We utilize the most modern test equipment available, ensuring the highest level of precision. Our equipment is regularly calibrated and NATA certified. We also own and operate two types of transformer oil filtering machines, capable of filtering transformer oil in transformers up to 10MVA at 2000 litres per hour at 85°C. SF6 gas vacuum filtering and reclamation are also available.

Our Facilities

Our off-site offices and workshops are located at Keilor East in Melbourne. This facility enables us to conduct maintenance and repairs of customer equipment, as well as manufacture spare parts and custom-make protection panels to customer specifications. Installation & Commissioning: Comprehensive installation and commissioning capabilities, including project management services, delivery, and installation of pre-manufactured components, and on-site construction and installation.
On Call Service: A comprehensive maintenance program that increases reliability and equipment uptime. Our on-call service is available year-round, 24/7.
Manufacture: We are the industry leader in the construction of Protection Control panels, quality-tested to customer-specific requirements and built on-site at our Melbourne workshops.
Protection Relay Testing: Testing of relays using sophisticated equipment, testing overcurrent, voltage, differential, impedance, and frequency relays.
Transformer Servicing: Complete on-site servicing of transformers, including bushing replacement, temperature indicator calibration, and oil sampling.
Circuit Breaker Servicing: Testing and maintenance of circuit breakers.
Current Transformer Testing: Thorough testing of current transformers to ensure conformity with stated class.
Battery Systems Discharge Testing: Regular maintenance service for nickel cadmium and lead acid battery banks.
