Heritage Consulting
Charlotte Webb, a qualified heritage consultant, offers expert advice and services for heritage impact statements, conservation management plans, and visual landscape assessments. With her expertise in the field of heritage conservation, she can assist clients in navigating the complexities of heritage laws and regulations, ensuring that their projects are compliant with local and state regulations. Her services include:
- Evaluation of a heritage property to assess potential heritage impacts
- Preparation of heritage impact reports or Statements of Heritage Impact for proposed works, demolitions, or extensions
- Conservation Management Plans within the guidelines of the NSW Heritage Office
- Representation to local Councils to facilitate approvals

Our Team
At Chris & Charlotte Webb Pty Ltd, our team is led by Chris and Charlotte, both of whom have a strong background in landscape design and heritage conservation. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and an Associate Diploma in Applied Science Landscape Design, while Charlotte has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Horticulture) and a Master's degree in Heritage Conservation from the University of Sydney.
Lack of Responsiveness
