Defects and Quality Issues
The reviews highlight significant concerns with the quality of work and materials used by Heran Homes. Marly Andrea gave Heran a 1-star rating, citing numerous defects in their new home, including water pressure issues that they claimed were due to council regulations, but were later revealed to be caused by a faulty connection. Eighteen units in their building have reportedly experienced the same issue.

Maintenance and Repair Issues
Janne Boot also gave Heran a 1-star rating, detailing numerous defects and faults in their apartment, including a faulty toilet, rusting surfaces, and a cracked balcony wall. Notably, these issues had not been addressed by Heran despite repeated requests for repairs.
