Our Team
Our team of experts has many years' experience in the industrial flooring and commercial flooring sectors and are dedicated to great customer service. We have a full-time staff of nine, including fully qualified floor layers, two working directors, an Operations Manager, and Administration Manager.
Our Materials and Operations
All the materials we use when installing flooring for our clients are either made by us or sourced from local Australian suppliers, ensuring the highest level of quality for your project. We have a warehouse and office in Dandenong, which is our base of operations for servicing businesses in Melbourne and Australia-wide. Our mobile fleet consists of three trucks and three vans, enabling us to take on even the largest projects in an efficient and timely manner.
Unsatisfactory Experiences
The majority of reviewers have had extremely negative experiences with the company, ranging from staff selling incorrect products to unprofessional driving by company van drivers. The first reviewer, Natahsha Garner, was sold incorrect products by staff who refused to accept fault and used foul language towards her when she raised the issue. The second reviewer, Ameera Evans, had a close call with a company van driver who was speeding and nearly collided with her vehicle, and then had the audacity to flip her off when told off. The third reviewer, Isabelle Luz, almost had a side-impact collision with a company van that was driving on the wrong side of the road, and the driver had the nerve to tell them to relax when they were understandably upset.
Lack of Accountability
What's striking about these reviews is the lack of accountability from the company. In each of these cases, the customers' concerns were dismissed or ignored, and they were left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Whether it's selling incorrect products, driving recklessly, or using foul language, it's clear that the company has a long way to go in terms of providing good service to its customers.
