Dark Ambiance and Poor Service
Some reviewers have expressed disappointment with their dining experiences at Cool Hand Luke's. Sara Tripp, who gave the restaurant 1 star, reported being seated in a dark corner where they couldn't read the menu, and then waiting an excessively long time for their drinks. They also found a long black hair in their food, which was a major turn-off.
