Disappointing Experience
The most disappointing review was from Yue He, who gave A&R Property Maintenance 1 star. The reason for the low rating was that the company failed to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. The project took 8 weeks to finish, whereas it was supposed to take 3 weeks. The reviewer was also unhappy with the quality of work, claiming that the floor was not in good shape and that the company wasted materials and created a lot of trash.
