Pricing Guide

For residential painting, our pricing varies depending on the total surface area to be painted, the style of the house, whether the job is internal, external, or both, and the extent of preparation work required. Here is an approximate pricing guide: for a 1-bedroom unit, the cost is around $2580 + GST, for a 2-bedroom unit, it's $3580 + GST, and for a 3-bedroom house, it's $4640 + GST. For a low-set home with a double garage, the cost is $5700 + GST. For external painting of a Queenslander large with scaffolding, the cost is $12800 + GST, and for a Queenslander low set, it's $7700 + GST. For those with unfinished DIY projects, we offer daily rates starting at $1250, which includes three tradesmen, all fillers, and undercoat.
