- Who can access my storage unit? The storage unit space is yours and yours alone. You are welcome to use your own padlock or purchase one on site. The only requirement is that you lock the unit at all times.
- What is the minimum storage period? Storage periods range from 1 month to 1 year or more. There is no maximum storage period. The minimum payment is for one month, even if your stay is shorter.
- What are my payment obligations, how can I pay? Payments are monthly in advance. When departing, 7 days notice is required to be provided to the facility. When notice is provided, we offer pro-rata refunds (weekly basis) on payments over the first month.
