Our History
Place Designs was established in 1971 by Glen Place, who commenced in the construction industry in 1964 and building design in 1971. Glen is QBCC licensed as a designer and builder (Licence No 12080: Building Design - Open and Builder - Open). Kieron Place joined the business in 1992 and is also QBCC licensed (Licence No 1045510 - Building Design - Medium Rise). Together, they have built a reputation for exceeding clients' expectations with a proven track record of creating custom designs specifically suited to clients' needs and budget constraints.
