Garden Design Process

Our garden design process begins with a comprehensive on-site meeting, during which we discuss your objectives and assess the site conditions, existing structures, trees, aspect, views, slope, sun, shade, privacy, wind, and other relevant factors. Following the initial consultation, we develop a detailed fee proposal, outlining the scope of work and services to be provided.

Once you've accepted our fee proposal, we proceed with creating a concept plan, followed by a meeting to discuss and finalize the design. Upon approval of the Concept Plan, we prepare the final Landscape Plan, including a full planting schedule, specification notes, and landscape details. This final Landscape Plan is suitable for Development Application and Construction Certificate applications to Council, if required. Our services also include site visits during construction to address any queries and ensure the project aligns with the original design and meets your expectations.
